Please take time to fill out the School Quality Survey (SQS) that was sent home with your 4th or 5th grade student. If you decide to take the paper survey, please return the survey sealed in the envelope and if you decide to take the online survey, please return the half sheet with your initials to indicate that you completed the survey online. We are trying for 100% participation rate by our families to receive feedback on the quality of our school.
