We have been advised by the Department of Health that Stop Flu at School Vaccination Clinic has been delayed to January or February of next year.
We
understand if you choose to have your child vaccinated earlier in the
flu season with your own doctor. However, flu vaccination will still be
beneficial as long as flu viruses are circulating, even in January or
later since flu occurs year-round in Hawaii. We have decided to
continue to offer the flu vaccinations through Stop Flu at School clinic
to those who are still willing to participate.
The Department of Health has not given us a confirmed date, but we will provide updates as information becomes available.
