Breakfast Tag or Name Tag Replacement
Your child received a name tag and a breakfast tag at the beginning of the school year or when he/she enrolled at our school.
If your child needs a replacement name tag or breakfast tag, please send $2.00 to school with your child. A replacement tag will be issued.
